short feedback:
*last chat - yes I see that too, seems new to me, but I'm not sure
* money sound - when changing grids (eg having 1234L$ at agni and 0L$ at 
Osgrid) is a bug carried over from Meerkat
* load screen - I think that one is new
* blank shirt -  or rather blank clothing + body parts dunno, it happend 
randomly in summer relogging into aditi

* not looked at crash in anything that traces back to LLWorld::addRegion 
yet, going to do so this WE.
