[impdev] opensim compatibility

Yesterday, I implemented a better prim size tool than the other viewers have
(Imprudence now has a setting for detecting if you're on an opensim vs an LL
sim. This automatically sets the default max value for prim sizes to
something opensim-compatible).

This got me thinking about what other settings we should make opensim
defaults for. In bringing it up in #opensim-dev, the response was basically
there's no real list of opensim defaults, and since everything's
configurable different grids have different settings, so there's no point in
a viewer setting defaults anyway. Long story short, an opensim dev offered
to implement some new capabilities so we can start setting these things on a
server-by-server basis without cluttering up the UI with useless kludge.

I've got a list started that I'm going to send later today. Anyone see
anything missing?

"Work is love made visible." — Kahlil Gibran

"We will not walk in fear, one of another. We will not be driven by fear
into an age of unreason if we dig deep in our history and doctrine and
remember that we are not descended from fearful men, not from men who feared
to write, to speak, to associate and to defend causes which were for the
moment unpopular. We can deny our heritage and our history, but we cannot
escape responsibility for the result. There is no way for a citizen of the
Republic to abdicate his responsibility." -- Edward R. Murrow, March 9, 1954
