[impdev] Merging in magical scripted HUD/UI (msh branch) soon

All of the pieces are functional, but they are not automatically tied 
together, so for example when an object offers a notecard defining the 
XUI, it doesn't check the inventory to see whether it already has it. 
And you have to press a button to generate the floater and you have to 
explicitly type in the chat channel and press a button to enable it.  I 
was hoping we could develop those interaction as a group.

Someone suggested I create a demo video.  I guess I have to do that.
