[impdev] March 23 meetup reminder (TPV policy discussion)

Here's another weekly reminder about the ImpDev meetup!

We'll be focusing mostly on the Third Party Viewer policy
<http://secondlife.com/corporate/tpv.php>, with the goal of coming to
a final decision about our official stance on the policy and how we
will handle it. The policy had some minor revisions a week or so ago,
so please take some time to read over the new version of the policy
before the meetup.
