[impdev] November 4 meetup reminder

We're going to try having two shorter (~30 min) meetings per week, a
general one on Monday to start the week, then one on Thursday focused
on tying up any loose ends for the weekly. I know you won't be able to
attend the one on Thursday, but I don't think that will be a problem
since we get regular updates from you in IRC anyway. :)

We're also going to release the weeklies a day earlier if possible.
I.e., try to finalize the code by Thursday night, release on Friday.
Then we can relax on the weekends.
