[impdev] 1.3 RC3 test branch

Looks good to me, Jacek. Here are some fixes I think we should add:

787b094afeeeb0837459 (hopefully final fix for jpeg linking on macs)
d556665498c262a6b558 (don't need this hack anymore with the new font)
a0b749a7a3c3c05c8420 (fix for a sometimes voice crash)
214ac11fc4117c926daf (fix for bulk upload not using png files)

And perhaps this one:

8d53e655a6e81e4655ca (prevents double click tps on touch scripted objects)
