[impdev] Integrating the Chinese translation.

I would like to have a version of the Chinese translation for Imprudence
available in an early beta cycle (preferably the first beta). What would be
the best way to submit it?

On my computer I keep it as a branch of git commits based on my (sorta)
custom branch. Would it be better to rebase it onto a recent experimental,
or would a straight diff be more suitable?
