[impdev] 1.4 beta

Impy 1.4 is some kind of unsung world hero.

Probably the most stable SL/Opensim viewer on the planet, and no slouch on
nice features either.  And yet, the poor thing is still hidden behind the
curtain as if people were ashamed of her.  The Impy devs should be proud of
their work!  Awesome job! :-)

Of course there are some bugs in this year's 1.4 because of the recent
changes, and those will take some time to fix.  But that's what RCs are for,
a whole series of them. :-)

+1 on Beta-RC1 for 1.4 :-)
