[impdev] Future Kokua features was: Re: OTR

All of the code I wrote is LGPL 2.1  I would consider other 
licenses if it helped OTR to spread to other clients.  And even if 
you feel your hands are still tied, I can certainly integrate my 
code with other branches of Imprudence and license as suits the 
Imprudence team.  But anything bracketed by [$PLOTR$] comments is 
my code under LGPL 2.1, so feel free to apply as, if, and when you 
want.

I have a windows build with OTR.  Having issues with snprintf and 
UINT64_C().  The 'solutions' I found, or perhaps some other code, 
has introduced a crash on sending or receiving an IM.  Def not 
ready for prime time!  Maybe by tonight I'll be putting something 
new on the libotr branch of Onfang's meta-impy fork of the 1.4 
Imprudence.
