[impdev] Official Contact Person - and official de-listing warning

I have not received a response to my request for an official active 
contact responsible for communications between the Imprudence/Kokua team 
and Linden Lab.

If I have not received an acceptable response by January 13, I will have 
to consider removing your viewer from the Third Party Viewer directory.  
Please don't let it get to that point.
