[impdev] January 20 meetup reminder (meetups now on Thursdays only)

Here's another reminder about the ImpDev meetup! As discussed at the
January 10 meetup, we're going back to one meetup per week, on
Thursdays at the usual time.

If you have any topics you'd like to be sure we discuss, you can add
them to the agenda at any time, and we'll discuss them at the next
