[impdev] VS 2010 llqtwebkit status. Request for comments/help.

Attached file reports progress to make a VS2010 version of llqtwebkit. This is 
part of a bigger effort to build a VS2010 viewer.

Constructive comments needed. I already know that I am old, slow, stubborn, 
narrowly focused and hard-headed.
