[impdev] Wiki Features page, Keyboard short cuts, Viewer menu page

The list's really looking better, Stryker! I love the way you subdivided it
into categories--makes it much easier to parse :)

Here're my thoughts:

* +1 for a list of keyboard shortcuts. They can be grabbed from
en-us/menu_viewer.xml (the shortcut="" part). Jacek was awesome and parsed
the file into a handy list here: http://pastebin.com/Kve5aiW0. I'm no good
at wikifying it, though, let alone making it pretty!

* Having the version along with the feature would be nice, particularly for
the stable releases! I'd find it handy since I often forget when things were
merged in.

* A page for the latest stable release's menu options would be really nifty,
but documenting the Advanced menu would be a pain--there're more options in
there than the other menus combined, I think. My opinion is "would be nice
to have but not an immediate priority". A lot of them have keyboard
shortcuts, though, so combining menu and shortcut documentation might make
that quite a bit easier.
