[impdev] ImpDev meetup.

This is a manually created reminder about the ImpDev meetup.

We have planned a meeting at 20:00 UTC on Saturday the 14th of April.
That's 12 Noon Pacific (SL Time), 6AM the next day Eastern Australian
time. It's in our usual meeting place on 3rd Rock Grid, Hoagie region
(190, 165, 28). This is a regularly scheduled monthly meeting.

* The WindLight refactor.
* Proper copyright for the Aurora WL sharing stuff.
* Bump some beta 3 issues to beta 4, and aim to get beta 3 out quickly.
** I suggest
*** All the Mac stuff, since it's hard to test - #221, #887, #974.
*** Sound specific stuff, our Achilles heel - #1123, #1131.
*** New features - #223, #550, #764.
*** Also - #182, #691, #948, #951, #961, #1068, #1132.
*** Leaving (mostly Windlight stuff) - #465 (to be discussed next),
  #474, #475, #606, #885, #867, #944, #983, #1122.
* Commit my long jump fix, though it's not complete.

All added by me.  Feel free to add more, or even to jump the gun and
start talking about those things here.
