[impdev] Move artwork into the repo?

includes /indra/newview/res-sdl which not only has a different version
of two of the icons that was in the artwork package, but it also has
ll_icon.BMP, which is another SL logo.  It does not seem to be used
anywhere.  It also has identical copies of the other artwork files in
that directory.

In the existing repo source, linden/indra/win_crash_logger has
ll_icon.ico, a small black and white version of the SL logo.  Unlike
the others, it IS used in the Windows crash logger source.  I don't
have Windows, so I can't play with that.  Seems to be the only one used.

I'll remove all the SL logos except that last one.
