I suggest a bitbucket.org imprudence team (up to 5 members free) account and then create a repository
http://bitbucket.org/imprudence/Downloads as a holding place.
Also you can transfer github to bitbucket as for some time back bitbucket will host git repositories.

If you can get access to the server we can all switch over to it.
