[impdev] Meetup is on 2013-08-18, not 2013-08-19 (was: Reminder: MONTHLY weekEND "team purple" (kokua-dev & impdev) meetup 2013-08-19, 20:00 UTC)

Alright, this didn't quite work as designed. Due to an error in my
figure-out-whether-it-is-the-current-month's-3rd-Sunday bash logic, the
cron job didn't run, so I triggered it manually.

Because I manually triggered that after midnight in the server's local
time, it calculated the wrong date to put into the email. *The meetup is
on 2013-08-18*. I'll fix both issues soon-ish. (Certainly before the
September monthly meetup.)
