[impdev] compiling imprudence with Visual Studio 2010

Aragorn,

With github dropping file uploads I have moved my imprudence repository to bitbucket.

I have merged next into impvc100 branch and checked for the vs2010 building as it had been some time and all is Okay.

So, if you clone https://bitbucket.org/NickyP/imprudence.git and then git checkout impvc100 you should be able to build.

My git skills are rusty but, I think you can merge the lastest next and pickup David's most current work including more current libraries.
