[impdev] compiling imprudence with Visual Studio 2010

https://github.com/NickyPerian I suggest that you clone my Imprudence and checkout impvc100 branch and start building from there as the errors you have where solved there. My git skills are rusty but, I think you can merge the lastest next and pickup David's most current work including more current libraries.
